Jayda J.

Coutts, Alberta

Southern Alberta Regional Heritage Fair

Harriet Tubman

My project is about Harriet Tubman.

What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?

Her head injury and how she escaped.

What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?

Don't judge people, be nice to everybody.

How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?

Safer world, more freedom, more tolerance.
