What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?
The most interesting thing I learned about my topic is how many foxes they captured only in 1913—it was a little over 6000!!!
What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?
An important lesson that I learned and would like to share with other Canadians is not to stress out during projects. Make it fun! Use all the available resources in your community. Make sure to work your hardest.
How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?
I would compare my life today as a breeze compared to the lives on those I studied because they had to do a lot without machinery in the fox farming business. Nowadays we also have so many ways to gather information on how to care for animals. Finding markets to sell products is also easier because of the internet.
