Heritage Fairs Final Report

Canada’s History invites you to submit a final report to tell us about Heritage Fairs in your region, and any challenges and opportunities facing the program in your area.

We recommend that this report be completed by regional coordinators in each province / territory. Note that an electronic form should be completed for each of the existing Fairs in your region.

However, where regional coordinators do not exist the report may be completed by provincial / territorial coordinators. In this case, please ensure you are providing summarized information for all fairs, both in-person and virtual, that took place in your region.
