Heritage Fairs Alumni Survey

We are inviting all past participants of Young Citizens to complete our post-program survey. 

Participants under the age of 16 should ask their parent’s permission before completing the survey. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be used by Canada’s History for the purposes of improving the program and building an alumni network.
