Storytelling Workshops and Internship

What’s your story?

We all have stories to tell. Is your organization’s story resonating with your local community or would you like to learn new approaches?

Starting this spring, Canada’s History, with the support of the Winnipeg Foundation and the Manitoba Heritage Trust Program, is developing a series of free workshops in Manitoba designed to help your organization better share your story.

Workshops offered as part of this pilot project aim to connect, elevate, and engage with your organization’s storytelling capacity — and are led by the unique needs and desires of the participants.

A series of free workshops will help attendees learn more about:
• building ‘storytelling’ capacity
• boosting confidence to share stories
• raising your organization’s profile
• increasing the number of visitors to your facility through new stories and fresh perspectives!

Interested organizations are invited to express their interest through the form below.  We encourage your questions, insights, or suggestions and will use your feedback as part of the workshop development.

The first 10 organizations to respond will receive a complimentary 1 year subscription to Canada’s History magazine.
