Storytelling Pilot Project 2020

We think local community stories are important, so tell us yours…

Canada’s History is looking for heritage organizations in Manitoba communities to be leaders for our Storytelling Pilot Project—new this year.

Until the end of April 2020, Canada’s History is offering free support to Manitoba heritage organizations in the form of practical (e.g. marketing and communications) and public relations (e.g. fundraising and outreach coaching) development.

This is a wonderful opportunity to present the histories of your objects/artifacts in new ways that attract new interest, as well as convey the relevance of your heritage organization as a whole to your community.

Please note that capacity is limited, so if you’d like to learn more about engaging your heritage organization (i.e. local museum), contact Kylie Nicolajsen at knicolajsen@canadashistory.ca

The first 10 organizations to respond will receive a complimentary 1 year subscription to Canada’s History magazine.
