Glogster for history teachers

A great program for the history classroom is Glogster. It's an online website that allows students to create their own posters for online distribution. It's a fun program that allows a lot of creativity, and best of all Canadian history teachers are already using it in the classroom.

You can listen to a recent interview with 2010 Governor General's Award Finalist Chad Howie talk about using Glogster in his classroom.

You should also visit Thinking in Mind, the blog of GG Award winning teacher Neil Stephenson, to read how he is using Glogster in his classroom.See Neil's Lesson Plan with Glogster here.
